What is the criteria for financing?

A: The customer must be 18 years or older. Must be employed and have an active branch bank checking account for at least 5 months with an average of at least $400 deposited a month. (pay cards and non branch banks are not accepted) There are no credit checks!

How do I finance?

A: You will need to fill out the application through progressive. The link is on our website

How much would I have to put down when I finance?

A: The amount for each applicant varies, once the application is completed and approved by Progressive, we will be able to provide a precise amount.

What is the process for trading in my phone?

A: Bring your phone to the store so that one of our representatives can check it out. Based on the condition of the phone the customer will be offered an amount that can be applied to the balance of a new phone.

How long will my repair take?

A: A repair can take up to two hours depending upon how damaged the device is as well as the number of orders our tech have to complete. Devices are repaired on a first come first serve basis. There is a live chat section on our website that allows customers to ask questions about their repair.

My phone isn’t working, is there a fee to check it out?

A: We diagnose phones for small fee of $25 which is non refundable. If the customer decides to proceed with the repair, the $25 will be applied to the repair bill.

I forgot my password, is there a way to get around that?

A: Yes, it can be restored but keep in mind that ALL content can not be backed up and will be erased.

Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

A: Yes, all repairs carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 90 days we will take care of it free of charge!Warranty does not cover accidental damages.

I tried to fix my device on my own but could not complete the repair. It is now partially assembled. Can I bring it to you and have you finish the repair?

A: Absolutely, we do that all the time for customers. A technician will call you the same day we receive it with a quote before beginning any work on your device. However, the repair warranty will be voided for the device.

There are multiple issues with my device, do you offer repair bundles? f
